Job description

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Range Support Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Range Support Technician position performs dedicated shipping, package receiving, warehouse organization, sample identification/preparation, management of digital files and a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.  The Range Support Technician positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

Salary: $18- $20/hr DOE 

Responsibilities
  • Support and increase the flow of testing through the facility on a day-to-day basis.
  • The Range Support Technician position performs dedicated shipping and package receiving.
  • Sample identification and preparation.
  • Prepare and set up test materials, including ballistic gelatin, armor panels, and firearms.
  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
  • Full responsibility for warehouse organization and flow of product to and from test ranges.
