Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,340/week
Total Pay Rate: $65/hour
W2 Taxable Pay: $30.50/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,242/week
Overtime Pay: $70/hour (after 40 hours worked)
Schedule
Shift: 12-Hour Days
Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join the Cardiac Cath Lab team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have strong Cath Lab experience and be comfortable assisting with complex diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures in a high-acuity hospital environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
Support procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, High-Risk PCI, pacemaker placement, peripheral procedures, and Structural Heart procedures.
Assist with specialized procedures and technologies, including ECMO, EKOS, and peripheral interventions.
Prepare and maintain the Cath Lab before, during, and after procedures.
Operate and assist with specialized cardiac catheterization equipment.
Monitor patient safety and assist the clinical team throughout procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all hospital safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
2–4 years of interventional/diagnostic experience preferred
Current AHA BLS Certification
ARRT or RCIS Certification
Associate degree in Health Science or completion of an accredited technology program such as CVT or Radiology
Strong experience with diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures
Excellent communication, technical, and patient care skills
