• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing established methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique challenges each client faces.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches in individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals in coordinating care plans for clients, ensuring all treatment efforts are aligned and holistic.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively utilizing your skills in high-pressure situations to support clients in acute distress.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

The client population at Fast Pace Mental Health Clinic is diverse, encompassing individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a therapist, you will work with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, requiring you to apply cultural competence and sensitivity in your therapeutic approaches. Your commitment to understanding and addressing these diverse needs will significantly enhance your clinical skill set and effectiveness.

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for the unique backgrounds and experiences of all clients.
• Proven organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

• Experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing direct therapy services to clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used for maintaining documentation and measuring client progress.
• Community engagement experience or involvement in outreach programs focused on mental health awareness.
