Job Title: Senior Infra Architect with Insurance Domain Experience

Location: Carmel, IN-Remote (EST)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note: This is a W2 opportunity

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Environment Strategy & Readiness

• Collaborate with Client (Infrastructure /Enterprise Operations) stakeholders to identify, provision, and track the readiness of the environments for different components – FAST, MuleSoft, FDH, ESP etc.

• Oversee the end-to-end setup of servers, network topology, connectivity, and security protocols.

• Provide support to Development and QA teams to resolve environment-related bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.

• Supporting Integration of components using different tools and systems e.g. AWS S3, SFTP, Autosys


2. Infrastructure Resilience (HA & DR)

• Drive the architecture and implementation of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to closure.

• Lead the setup of the FDH and MuleSoft DR environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and failover capabilities with the FAST Platform


3. Security & Observability

• Partner with enterprise security teams to implement robust Observability frameworks (monitoring, logging, and tracing).

• Drive the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure compliance with client requirements

• Ensure all solutions meet production-readiness standards and pass enterprise security gates.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in IT, with 3+ years in a Technical or Infrastructure Architect role, preferably within the Insurance (L&A) domain.

• Infrastructure & Integration: Deep understanding of server management, network security, and middleware

• Platform Knowledge: Experience with FAST insurance platforms or similar Policy Administration Systems (PAS) is a significant plus.

• Security: Strong expertise in RBAC, identity management, SSO, and enterprise security hardening.

• Soft Skills: Good stakeholder management and coordination skills; ability to drive interactions among different stakeholders
