As a FDE Technical Program Manager,Ā youĀ operateĀ on the frontlines of transformation.   • Work seamlessly with software engineers, product managers, product designers, and customers, to deliver intelligent systems that address mission-critical challengesĀ using AIĀ 
  • Collaborate directly with customersĀ to co-innovate AI solutions tailored to their needs, acting as the first point of contact orĀ escalationĀ 
  • Develop trusted relationships with key internal and external technology leaders and stakeholders to drive focus on the strategicĀ buildĀ objectivesĀ andĀ optimizeĀ buildĀ delivery - this includes supporting and holding resources accountable for their responsibilities within theĀ buildĀ 
  • Drive large scale, cross-functional, high visibilityĀ AIĀ software developmentĀ builds on condensed timelinesĀ 
  • Organize complex, ambiguous problems into prioritized milestones, deliverables,and success criteria for yourĀ builds, translatingĀ businessĀ objectivesĀ into execution strategy (tactical and strategic)Ā 
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or preventĀ buildsĀ from delivering onĀ objectives,Ā especially on the AI/MLĀ deploymentĀ frontĀ 
  • Help manage risks, dependencies and escalate impediments, as well asĀ releases and navigatingĀ AIĀ release requirementsĀ 
  • Drive process improvements and create documentation to promote best practicesĀ usingĀ automation to replace repeatable, operational tasksĀ 
  • Coordinate day to day activitiesĀ requiredĀ to deliver a great solution on time, as well as create transparency through reports, dashboards, and statusupdatesĀ 
  • SeekĀ to continuously grow by proactivelyĀ seekingĀ and embracing constructive feedback, as well as provide feedback to colleagues to encourage an open and collaborative cultureĀ 
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large sizeĀ software developmentĀ companiesĀ 
  • A solid understanding of SDLC and release management practices in cloud-based SaaS product organizationsĀ Ā 
  • Prior work delivering AI or intelligent workflow solutions at scale, with proven success in deploying AI solutions thatĀ deliveredĀ tangible customer impactĀ 
  • Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security practicesĀ 
  • This role includes occasional travel

  • Demonstrated competence in keyĀ AI/MLĀ softwareĀ engineering program management best practices: program planning, scheduleĀ constructionĀ and management; risk assessment & mitigation,Ā dependencyĀ management,Ā change management, and predictive metricsĀ
