Restaurant General Manager - Plant-Based Restaurant | $75K-$80K + Bonus
A growing, 100% plant-based restaurant brand is hiring a General Manager in Redlands, and we're looking for someone who gets why this matters.

You'll run the restaurant end to end: the team, the guest experience, and the numbers. Full P&L ownership, real autonomy, and the support to win.
You're a fit if you:
- Have 2+ years leading a restaurant as a GM or strong AGM
- Know how to manage budgets, labor, and food cost to target
- Coach and inspire a team, not just manage one
- Light up about plant-based food and the mission behind it
- Stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
