Restaurant General Manager — Plant-Based Restaurant | $75K–$80K + Bonus

A growing, 100% plant-based restaurant brand is hiring a General Manager in Redlands, and we're looking for someone who gets why this matters.

If you're part of the plant-based movement, if you believe food can be better for people, animals, and the planet without sacrificing flavor, this is a rare chance to lead a restaurant that lives those values every day. Responsibilities

You’ll run the restaurant end to end: the team, the guest experience, and the numbers. Full P&L ownership, real autonomy, and the support to win.

Qualifications
  • Have 2+ years leading a restaurant as a GM or strong AGM
  • Know how to manage budgets, labor, and food cost to target
  • Coach and inspire a team, not just manage one
  • Light up about plant-based food and the mission behind it
  • Stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
