We are looking for friendly, dependable Retail Store Associates who enjoy connecting with customers and creating a welcoming in-store experience. In this role, you will support daily store operations by assisting shoppers on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge, helping customers find the right fit and style, and contributing to sales through thoughtful service. You will also help maintain store organization and cleanliness, assist with restocking and merchandising, process inventory, and operate the register with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate has a positive, customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in apparel, outdoor lifestyle, or sport-inspired brands.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Opening and closing the store, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Managing, training, and motivating store associates to meet and exceed sales targets
