Job Purpose:

The primary role of this position is to accurately setup and induct new product into the system, conduct daily cycle counts and daily replenishment tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Induct product into the goods to person system with a high level of accuracy and throughput.
• Put away specified received goods into the robotics system.
• Correct any discrepancies with all item characteristics and settings for parts inducted into the system.
• At times, assist with the picking, receiving, and quality control functions with the robotics system.
• Other projects as assigned by the Operations Management team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 2+ Years of Inventory Management or Quality Control experience in a distribution setting
• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to analyze data sets
• Have the ability to read, identify, and comprehend alphanumeric part number schemes up to 30 characters long
• Possess basic computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Proven track record of continuous improvement involving work functions and processes
• Experience with a goods to person robotics system a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP is a plus
• Knowledge of Fascor or a similar WMS is a plus
• Previous forklift certifications a plus
• Should be able to successfully operate multiple computer systems and functions at a time
• Ability to Work Overtime as needed
• Able to work at a fast pace but remain accurate
• Ability to work standing on their feet for extended periods of time
