We're looking for a skilled Mechanic Technician II who takes pride in hands-on work, welding, and keeping essential farm equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do
  • Weld and repair farm implements and agricultural equipment

  • Perform maintenance and mechanical service on harvest machines

  • Repair and replace hydraulic hoses and bearings

  • Conduct daily inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles

  • Help keep critical equipment safe, reliable, and field-ready

  • Follow safety and food quality standards

  • Support shop and field repair needs as they arise

What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of farm equipment experience

  • At least 1 year of solid welding experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
