We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager who is passionate about client relationships, retention, and service excellence.
Role Overview
This role combines customer service, account management, and sales support within a fast-paced insurance agency.
You will support existing clients, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
