What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Farmer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Farmer, you need practical knowledge of crop and livestock management, soil science, and often a degree or hands-on experience in agriculture. Familiarity with farm machinery, irrigation systems, and agricultural software is crucial for efficient operations.
