What is a farm worker temporary?
A Farm Worker Temporary job involves performing seasonal agricultural tasks such as planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packing crops. Temporary farm workers are often hired through seasonal employment programs or contracts to support peak labor demands.
What are the typical daily responsibilities and working conditions for a farm worker temporary?
As a Farm Worker Temporary, your daily tasks may include planting, harvesting, sorting, packing crops, and maintaining farm equipment or facilities. You will often work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, sometimes for extended periods or early morning hours, depending on crop schedules. Teamwork is important, as you’ll collaborate with other farm workers and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
