FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATORS / HARVEST HELP – NEEDED ASAP

Locations: England, Hunter & Pine Bluff, Pendleton, Arkansas areas.
Start Date: IMMEDIATELY
Position: Seasonal Harvest / Farm Equipment Operator

We are hiring reliable farm workers and equipment operators immediately for the upcoming rice and soybean harvest in Central and Eastern Arkansas.

Positions Needed

  • Combine Operators
  • Grain Cart Operators
  • Tractor Drivers / Farm Equipment Operators
  • General Harvest Farm Help

Job Duties

  • Operate combines during rice and soybean harvest
  • Operate tractors pulling grain carts
  • Transport grain from combines to trucks/loading areas
  • Perform basic daily equipment checks, fueling and cleaning
  • Assist with harvest operations and general farm duties as needed
  • Follow farm and equipment safety procedures
  • Work closely with other equipment operators and truck drivers to keep harvest moving efficiently

Qualifications

  • Previous farm equipment experience strongly preferred
  • Combine and/or grain cart experience is a major plus
  • Must be comfortable operating large tractors and farm machinery
  • Must be dependable and show up when scheduled
  • Must be willing to work long hours during harvest, including evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Must be able to work outdoors in typical harvest conditions
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a crew
  • Valid driver's license preferred
