Job Description:

As a Mechanic at our dealership, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors and agricultural equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' equipment operates efficiently and reliably, helping them succeed in their farming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on tractors and related machinery.

Collaborate with service advisors to review work orders and determine service requirements

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients

Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with tractors or agricultural equipment

Strong technical skills and problem- solving abilities
