Key Responsibilities:

· Superior customer service

· Knowledge of Store P&L and execute plans to achieve store/company goals

· Consistently promote and follow all RMS safety programs

· Promote collaboration within individual stores and overall company

· Effectively monitor and protect company assets and store inventory

· Maintain consistently high store standards including company Mystery Shops

· Encourage a culture of high morale and engagement while developing talent for future Division and/or Company needs

Basic Qualifications:

· Clean and insurable driving record

· Be able to travel to other store locations with possible overnight stays

· Knowledge of computers including but not limited to Word and Excel

· High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

· Retail experience preferred but not required

· Farm and Ranch experience preferred but not required
