Evan Profeta State Farm is seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Agency Operations Assistant to support the Agent and team with daily operations, client communication, and follow-up.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a busy office run efficiently. Insurance experience is not required, but the individual will be expected to obtain insurance licenses after hire as they grow into the role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Agent and team
  • Coordinate client follow-up and prepare for policy review meetings
  • Make outbound calls and assist with billing and account follow-up
  • Answer incoming calls and connect clients with the appropriate team member
  • Maintain accurate client records and document follow-up needs
  • Help track outstanding tasks and ensure important items are completed
  • Once licensed, assist with policy changes and additional client service needs
  • Support other administrative and operational needs as they arise
Skills & Qualifications
