We are seeking a highly organized pro-active, and detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy agent. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage marketing initiatives, coordinate events, oversee reports, and ensure seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, efficient and always one step ahead. You will work a multi-functional role that includes front-desk receptionist, marketing, and assistant activities.

  • Must be able to obtain or have an active Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance License (required prior to start)
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the right hand to the agent, anticipating needs and proactively addressing tasks before they arise.
  • Manage personal and team calendars, appointments, and customer meetings to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign coordination, and brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Sign up for, organize, and execute all marketing events from start to finish.
  • Handle client and prospect follow-up, ensuring timely communication and nurturing relationships.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly compliance and activity reports to support business performance tracking.
