Join Our Growing State Farm Agency Serving 7 States as an Outbound Sales and Marketing Specialist!
For 18 years, our State Farm agency has proudly served communities across seven states with three office locations. Now, we're looking for a creative and sales-driven professional to help shape our brand, deepen client relationships, and drive the continued growth of our multi-state agency.
Your Role and Impact:
Your creativity and strategic approach will elevate our marketing efforts, shaping our public image and enhancing the customer experience. Through innovative, cross-functional campaigns-whether on social media or at community events-you'll expand the value our producers deliver and position our agency as a trusted partner across seven states.
As a key member of our team, you'll promote our insurance products, financial services, and community initiatives, while gaining invaluable insights that will accelerate your career growth. If you're inventive, sales-minded, and eager to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients across our service area to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant client information.
  • Stay up-to-date on State Farm's insurance products and services.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
  • Provide initial information and answer basic client questions about insurance options.
  • Maintain and update the database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Ensure all communications comply with State Farm guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications:
  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
