Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule with availability for 20-25 hours per week, including mandatory work days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Preference for availability spread across multiple days.

  • Process payments and assist with financial transactions
  • Handle printing and mailing of documents
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
