Delivery Driver & AssemblerReports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor on duty. Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly, Full-TimeJOB SUMMARY:To provide the best customer service and support and adhere to our Gold Standard in every aspect of the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide customers with outstanding service through friendly, quick, and efficient assistance.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment while following loss prevention and safety procedures.
- Attend store and job-related meetings as well as complete the required training.
- Communicate and interact with Customers, Management, and other store employees in a kind and respectful manner.
- Follow all applicable Company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Ensure that your work area has sufficient supplies to complete assigned duties.
- Ability to assemble merchandise such as grills, lawnmowers, compressors, etc.
- To conduct merchandise deliveries to customers or other F&H Supply stores.
- Pass random Company drug testing.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of lifting up to and including 50 lbs.
- High level of merchandise stocking and Telxon gun experience.
- Ability to obtain basic knowledge of Repair Storm.
- Follow company guidelines for department merchandising and setting store ads.
- Maintain a positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members who want to grow.
- Consistent attendance for regularly scheduled work shifts is required.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Complete special projects directed by management as well as additional responsibilities that may be assigned throughout the store at any given time.
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be required to meet the needs of the business.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: - Valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle report.
- Minimum age of 18 years old and must have a valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Six months of retail experience.
