Role Summary:The Agency Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational stability, and risk management of the agency. This role serves as the right hand to the Agency Owner, ensuring that issues are addressed proactively, the team is supported, and leadership is never surprised.
The Agency Manager absorbs pressure, escalates risk early, and acts in alignment with agency leadership at all times. This role is based on judgment, ownership, emotional resilience, and trust.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Alignment
    • Act in full alignment with the Agency Owner's priorities and direction
    • Represent leadership decisions consistently and professionally
    • Escalate any information that could impact: Revenue, Staffing, Retention, Culture or Compliance
    • Protect the agency from surprises by communicating early and clearly
