HVAC Install Apprentice - Join Our Growing Team

Central is hiring full-time HVAC Install apprentices to join our growing residential service and replacement team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, works well with others, and wants long-term career growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Installing residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, Geothermal Heat pumps and mini splits
  • Learn complete system start-ups and testing
  • Maintain clean and professional job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
  • Follow installation scopes and local code requirements
Qualifications
  • HVAC installation experience preferred but not required 
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude and be willing to work hard
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
