What is a live in farm hand?

A Live In Farm Hand is a worker who lives on-site at a farm and assists with daily operations such as feeding animals, maintaining equipment, planting and harvesting crops, and general farm upkeep. What does a live in farm hand do?

A typical day for a Live In Farm Hand starts early and involves a variety of physical tasks such as feeding and caring for animals, cleaning stalls, maintaining fences, and operating farm equipment. You'll often work closely with farm owners or other workers to coordinate tasks and respond to seasonal needs, like planting or harvesting. While routines can vary depending on the farm's focus, flexibility is important as duties may shift based on weather or livestock emergencies.
