Job Requirements:Experience & Educational Requirements:

•High school diploma or general education degree (HSED or GED).

•Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.

Must have a valid CDL-A.

•Must have a current, valid Wisconsin commercial drivers license and meet all DOT qualifications for operating a commercial motor vehicle.

•Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, bend, turn, twist, climb ladders, stairs, and bins.

•Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.

•Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.

•Farming background is preferred.

•Feed Mill experience is a plus.

•A positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to pay careful attention to details and accuracy.

•Ability to read and write English at a proficient level

Job Description:Job Duties/Responsibilities:Driving / Transporting Goods

•Drive a truck to deliver feed goods to customers.

•Utilize excellent customer service skills when servicing and greeting customers, and when working with co-workers and other departments within the company.

•Perform regular maintenance checks on truck/daily pre-trip inspections.

•Assist with all maintenance with appropriate personnel.

•Load and unload truck.

•Keep the vehicle clean in accordance with company policy.Production

•Assist in monitoring finished bulk and bagged feeds.

•Operate feed equipment safely and efficiently.

•Assist management with production and inventory planning and control for both ingredients and finished products.General / Other Duties

•Ensure safety compliance, working in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies.

•Accurately complete and maintain assigned reports, logs, and documents.

•Assist with facility maintenance.
