Join The Common Market as a Delivery Driver operating a 26' box truck! We are a mission-driven distributor of local foods, committed to providing fresh, high-quality products from local farms to our customers. This position is essential in maintaining our strong network that supports local agriculture while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading products, and delivering goods to our clients with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting sustainable food systems.

Compensation: $22.50/hour, with up to $4k per year bonus for safe driving.

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate a 26' box truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain route schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inspect the vehicle for safety compliance and report any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience driving a box truck (26' or larger).
  • Monday-Saturday, starting at 3AM/4AM.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
