You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services as well as service their existing accounts. Job description consists of claim handling, policy reviews, policy changes, answering billing questions, taking payments and other needs of our existing policyholders.
