Farine is the French word for 'flour,' which is a powder made by grinding raw grains, roots, beans, nuts, or seeds. In the context of jobs, 'farine' typically refers to roles involved in the milling, processing, or distribution of flour, such as millers or workers in flour production facilities. Their tasks may include operating milling machinery, monitoring production processes, and performing quality control tests.

Flour mill workers often encounter safety challenges such as exposure to dust, operating heavy machinery, and risk of fires or explosions due to combustible flour particles. Workers are also trained to follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain clear communication with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
