Job description

As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations in the United States. Your expertise will contribute to our growth and ensure the success of our mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including cash reconciliation, expense budgeting and control, fixed asset management, and depreciation control.
  • Prepare accounting and comprehensive financial statements following US GAAP, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements. Collaborate closely with the global finance team to prepare consolidated financial analysis.
  • Assist the global finance team in managing financial operations, including cash management and banking functions.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process at the consolidated level.
  • Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and handle tax filings.
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in business management, encompassing operations, administration, accounting, and finance.
  • Experience working in a complex, global environment
  • Proficiency in preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.

   Preferred Qualifications:

  • A team player with a professional attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual finance professional with fluency in Chinese and English (both written and verbal communication skills).
  • Knowledge of working with a Chinese company is preferable.
