Job description

Who You Are

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for performing the primary duties of shipping and receiving clerk while assisting other areas of the department as required. This includes completing and maintaining the required paperwork and files, contacting carriers and assuring parts are shipped in a timely and accurate manner.

How It's Done

  • Prepare, select parts and ship products as required for order.
  • Track and enter data into the computer.
  • Provide telephone support to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
  • Perform daily cycle counts.
  • Distribute internal mail.
  • Process all receipts to appropriate stock locations including but not limited to; new, repaired and non- inventory.
  • Perform closing duties as assigned, when required.
  • Ability to drive to drop- off sites for Fed Ex and/or UPS, or similar carriers, as necessary.
  • Ability to work overtime as business requires.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate professionally, resolve problems, and maintain good relations with internal and external customers.

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Previous forklift driving experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on adherence to safety standards.
  • Understand warehousing and distribution techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to use various hand tools.
  • Familiarity with United Parcel Service, next day mail carriers and processing CODs.
  • Ability to use basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver's license.

FANUC America is seeking a qualified applicant for a Warehouse Clerk role. The pay range for this position is $44,648 - $56,927 per year. The pay range listed is based on both salary and other compensation, including bonuses and profit sharing, that an employee may be paid during their employment with FANUC America.

A compensation package offered to a successful applicant will ultimately be determined by consideration of a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an applicant's geographic location, educational attainment, and level of experience.
