We’re working with a growing manufacturer of high-precision connectors that relies on advanced, proprietary automated assembly equipment designed and built in Germany. Due to rapid growth (expanding from 3 to 12 machines), we are adding multiple Automation Technicians to the team.
Whether you’re an experienced tech or a recent grad with hands-on training in robotics, PLCs, or automation (think UTI or similar programs), this is a strong opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow.
What You’ll Be Working On
  • Highly automated, proprietary assembly machines
  • Technologies including Beckhoff, Fanuc, Keyence, Festo, and PLC systems
  • A fast-paced production environment where uptime and performance matter
What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment (electrical & mechanical)
  • Support PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and servo-driven systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Assist with equipment improvements and process optimization
  • Respond to production issues and help keep operations running efficiently
What They’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Entry-level candidates welcome with relevant schooling, certifications, or technical training (robotics, automation, mechatronics, etc.)
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in maintenance or automation is a plus
  • Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, or industrial controls preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work on cutting-edge automated machinery not found everywhere
  • Hands-on learning with industry-leading technologies
  • Entry-level friendly with structured training
  • High-impact role supporting critical production operations
