Job description

We fill your calendar. You close the sale. At full production, our designers earn over $100,000 a year — and we'll show you the math before you ever accept the job.

Here's the deal:

We generate your leads. No cold calling, no prospecting, no buying your own lists. You walk into appointments with homeowners who already asked to see us. Your job is to show up and execute.

We train you on a proven process. You don't need sales experience. We have a defined eight-step consultative process built from years in the field. We'll train you, ride along on appointments, and debrief every one with you. You'll always know exactly what's expected and how you're doing.

We pay for output. This is a commission role, and that's the point — there's no ceiling. At full production (32 appointments a month) and our team's current closing ratio, $100K+ is the realistic number, not the fantasy one.

What you're actually doing: meeting homeowners in their homes, understanding a storage problem that's bugging them daily, and designing a custom solution that fits their space and their budget. It's part design, part problem-solving, part earning someone's trust in an hour.

You'll do well here if you:

  • Follow a process instead of winging it
  • Handle a "no" without it wrecking your week
  • Genuinely like solving problems for people
  • Have an income number you're serious about hitting

We move fast on the right person. If that's you, apply and we'll talk this week.
