Premium Sales Intern: $16.37/hour
Position Summary: As a Premium Sales Intern, you will support the sales, fulfillment, and game-day operations of premium spaces by managing suite rentals, processing orders in the CRM system, coordinating client communications, and delivering exceptional service to suite and loge partners. The role involves assisting with revenue and project management initiatives, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring accurate communication of suite rental and catering details across departments. Additionally, you will contribute to product development efforts by helping enhance premium experiences, benefits, and event-related offerings while supporting broader departmental initiatives.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Contribute to sales, fulfillment, and game day operations for premium spaces.
    • Assist with suite rentals, including but not limited to selling, fulfilling, and day-of hosting.
    • Process suite rental orders in CRM system.
    • Support sales, fulfillment, and game day operations for premium spaces.
    • Achieve sales goals through proactive outreach.
    • Independently assist with the suite rentals by managing inbound email box, making outbound calls, processing orders in CRM, and visiting suite/clients in game.
    • Accurately relay key suite rental and catering information to various premium departments
    • Assist in day-to-day revenue management, project management, and suite level operations for rental and annual clients.
    • Provide exceptional service and communication to premium clients.
    • Maintain exclusive suite and loge partner relationships.
    • Communicate effectively with premium clients via phone and email.
  • Contribute to product development and departmental initiatives.
    • Assist in the development of annual suite and loge products, benefits, and experiences.
    • Assist with development of event information for premium clients.
    • Support all other department initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management or other related fields or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Experience working in CRM system a plus (KORE preferred).
  • Knowledge of hockey preferred but not required.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within team environment with a focus on quality fan and guest experience.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Coachable, open to learning and receiving feedback.

Work Conditions:
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
