Family Physician / General Practitioner (Primary Care) - UK/USA-Trained Physician Relocation

Locations: Multiple clinic sites across the Greater Toronto Area (rotating/available across all locations)

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting for multiple roles with a well-established Toronto-based clinic group.

Practice Model: Mixed (rostered and walk-in/same-day access)
Environment: Fast-paced primary care with high patient volume

Role Summary

We are seeking Family Physicians/General Practitioners to provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary care in modern outpatient clinics in Ontario. This opportunity is ideal for UK- and US-trained physicians looking to relocate to Canada with structured support for work authorization, immigration, and settling in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope family medicine (preventative care, chronic disease management, episodic/same-day care)
  • Diagnose and treat common acute conditions and minor illnesses
  • Manage follow-ups, care plans, and referrals to specialists as needed
  • Order and interpret labs/diagnostic tests and coordinate ongoing care
  • Document efficiently and accurately using the clinic EMR
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain quality care in a high-volume setting

Compensation & Time Off

  • For the first three months, there are no overhead costs, and you will retain 100% of your billings.
  • For the remainder of Year 1, the compensation structure shifts to an 80/20 split.
  • From the end of Year 1 through the remainder of the term, compensation will be based on a 75/25 split.
  • $15,000 signing bonus
  • Six (6) weeks of vacation per year
  • Relocation supports available

Immigration & Relocation Support (International Candidates Welcome)

  • The organization will obtain an LMIA to support your Canadian work visa (where required)
  • Support navigating the Permanent Residence (PR) process
  • Relocation guidance and onboarding support

Qualifications

  • MD (or equivalent) with Family Medicine / General Practice training
  • Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligible for licensure
  • UK candidates: GP training (e.g., CCT/MRCGP) considered (pathway depends on individual credentials)
  • US candidates: Board-certified/board-eligible training considered (pathway depends on individual credentials)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a busy primary care environment
