• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, aspirations, and cultural backgrounds, enhancing their opportunity for success.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in both one-on-one and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring continuity of care by coordinating with external healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in adherence to clinic policies and state regulations.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, equipping them with useful strategies and tools for effective management of their conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Perform regular outcome evaluations to assess the effectiveness of therapy and modify treatment plans as necessary based on clients’ progress.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health care, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality for all client interactions and records.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT.
• Prior work in a community health setting or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth systems is a plus.
