We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position at Live Freely Psychological Health Center. Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to work comfortably from your own home while remaining part of a collaborative, experienced team. Our outpatient office facilitates seamless communication and support among therapists and staff, enhancing your ability to render effective and timely care. With a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will entail a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that cater to the specific needs of clients.
  • Assessing clientsโ€™ challenges and strengths through detailed evaluations to collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy, to guide clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

  • At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
