Alabama A&M University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions. These positions are part-time, non-tenured positions. Previous teaching is preferred.

The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences is seeking adjuncts in the area of Family and Consumer Sciences.
Examples of Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate courses in your specified area
  • Engage in research and scholarly writing.
  • Advise undergraduate students.
  • Serve on various university, college and departmental committees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Typical Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):
  • Minimum requirements include a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline.
