Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care tailored to individuals and families across all ages, from babies to seniors.
- Address ongoing conditions, preventive care, urgent health issues, and mental well-being with a patient-centric focus.
- Perform thorough physical assessments, analyze diagnostic results, and design individualized care plans.
- Team up with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to foster holistic health.

- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to keep accurate and current documentation for each patient.
- Provide in-person and virtual visits to meet diverse patient needs and convenience.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Eligibility for (or active) New Jersey medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
- Proficient diagnostic and clinical abilities, prioritizing preventive care.
