At Rocket IT, we empower people through human connections and better IT. We’re driven by a desire to help people thrive, starting with our internal team.  We’re looking for a Service Team intern who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about helping others succeed.

As a Rocket IT Service Team Intern, you’ll work closely with your assigned team lead, assisting with setting up new computers and performing data migrations as well as an overall project to support your professional and personal growth. The ideal Service Team Intern candidate is responsible and motivated to develop hands-on IT industry experience in a professional work environment. Internships are in-office positions open to rising juniors or seniors enrolled in four-year degree college programs. This is a paid internship, and internship credit will be based on assignments/responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside and complete assigned semester project as directed by the Intern Team Lead
  • Assist and learn directly from Rocket IT engineers

Qualifications:

  • Must be a rising junior or senior in four-year degree college program
  • Information Technology or related major preferred
