Job description


The Program Manager, Specialty MBA Programs & Curricular Initiatives is a key member of the MBA Center team, providing tactical support to faculty leadership in the Health Sector Management (HSM) and Social Impact MBA programs and the Management Science major in addition to the Master of Science in Digital Technology (MSDT) dual degree program. This role also supports broad MBA curricular initiatives including Case Competition management and Residency initiatives. This role frequently requires leading or supporting evening and weekend events.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required in related field
  • Three to five years of relevant experience, preferably in a university setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize, and multitask in a busy work environment with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with many stakeholders' including faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
  • Willingness and availability to support evening and weekend events as needed.
  • Familiarity or ability to learn systems including Salesforce, Campus Groups, Mailchimp, SAP, Qualtrics, LinkedIn.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Higher Ed, Business, Project Management, or related field Prior event planning experience.
