Job description

Minimum Requirements

Participants are not eligible for compensation from the company, as they receive compensation as a participant of the NanoReady Immersive Training Program, this is an opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience through specific industry training. 

To be considered, candidates must have successfully completed:

Phase 1 – GMU Canvas online nanofabrication foundations course (20 hours | Feb 16 – Mar 1, 2026)
Phase 2 – Full bootcamp week + ~240 hours of hands-on lab training at GMU's SciTech or Fairfax campus (Mar 9 – Aug 31, 2026)
