This is a part-time role, not to exceed 20 hours per week and 1,000 hours per calendar year.
Day in the Life of a HR Co-Op
We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an HR Co-Op, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and EHS team members to assist with processes, programs, and initiatives that impact our workforce experience.
What You Will Need
  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required
  • Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
  • Able to work from August to December
