Looking for Fall 2026 associates.
The first priority for all RAC Front Line Team Members is to make sure every interaction with a member is focused on the Member Experience First. The Rochester Athletic Club is seeking socially driven associates to assist members and the general public with food and beverage purchases. Successful candidates are at least 16 years old and exhibit a pleasant, helpful attitude as well as positive body language that enhances each interaction with members and guests
Market staff is need from 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM. There are variety of shifts within that specific timeframe. Please share details about your availability when completing this application including specific days and early evening specific timeframes you are available to work. Requirements

  • Learning to correctly handle register transactions, including point of sale, processing cash, charging and use of gift or PERKVILLE points.
  • Keeping The Market space tidy and clean, including tables, counters, display cases, and coolers.
  • Replenish food and beverage items using FIFO.
  • Learning to prepare beverages, such as coffee and smoothies, as needed.
  • Understanding and following all health code regulations.
  • Complying with RAC policies, values, and guidelines, as well as making sure others do as well.
  • Acting as a knowledgeable and accurate resource for answering customer questions.
