  • Provide luxury, one-on-one grooming services in a safe, cage-free environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trusted relationships with pet parents.
  • Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and de-shedding treatments.
  • Complete the Bark & Mane Well-Being WrapUp by sharing wellness observations and grooming recommendations with customers.
  • Educate pet parents on coat maintenance, pet well-being, and the benefits of recurring grooming schedules.
  • Work independently while enjoying the support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams who manage scheduling, customer communication, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile salon environment.
  • Focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care with every appointment.
