Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Game UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Game UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall player experience. You will have a direct impact on how players interact with our games, ensuring that our interfaces are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Core Responsibilities Influence overall UI art styles and creative direction through your work. Create and implement UI artwork within defined look & feel. Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging. Create vector artwork, iconography, and export rasterized assets that are high quality and optimized for the game. Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure UI/UX meets project requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine UI/UX designs. Ensure consistency and adherence to UI/UX best practices across the game. Optimize UI for different platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your work. Core Qualifications 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design within the video game industry. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience implementing UI/UX in Unreal. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience with responsive design and adaptive layouts. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work in games. Possess a strong graphic design background and/or understanding of design principles. A strong understanding of systems design, UI style, layout, and 2D fundamentals. Plus if...
