A Typical Day in the Life:  
As an HR Intern, you will support the People & Talent team by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, operations, and learning and development, while gaining hands-on experience with HR systems, processes, and best practices in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening and organizing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with recruiting and campus events by supporting logistics, preparing materials, and tracking follow‑up actions.
  • Provide general support for internal programs, employee engagement initiatives, and People & Talent projects.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing new hire materials, account creation, and assisting with first‑day schedules.
  • Help track employee training participation and maintain learning records.

This role may be for you if you want to demonstrate your performance and ability to get exposure to a variety of areas. 
Qualifications: 
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.  
Successful candidates will have:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with, or ability to learn, the operation of basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer and ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g. sitting at a desk).
  • Ability to work in a shared office environment with moderate noise levels.
