Jack Morton is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. You're a visual storyteller with a strong eye for design and a portfolio that shows range โ€” layouts that pull diverse elements together, versatility across styles, and work that's clean, considered, and compelling. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of 3D and digital designers across a diverse mix of projects, from large-scale conferences and consumer activations to VIP moments and everything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Design across a wide range of deliverables: event graphics, print files, deck cleanup and development, and conceptual visuals for presentations and pitches
  • Develop visual communications and conceptual themes for existing clients, new business, and internal needs
  • Follow and adhere to client brand guidelines while bringing a strong design sensibility to every project
  • Create polished, client-focused presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • Generate conceptual AI imagery for decks, activations, and early-stage concepts
  • Work across the tech portfolio and support conferences, consumer activations, and one-off experiences
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, communicating ideas clearly and confidently
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization, file hygiene, and deadline discipline
  • Stay current on design and industry trends

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field โ€” or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of design experience; emerging talent with a strong portfolio encouraged to apply
  • Portfolio school background (advertising-focused programs) a strong bonus
  • Agency or experiential marketing experience helpful but not required

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • Figma and familiarity with AI tools a plus
  • Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
