  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
  • Shifts begin early in the morning, so reliable early-morning availability is required.
  • Welcome, greet, and interact professionally with guests in the breakfast and lobby areas.
  • Set up, maintain, replenish, and break down the breakfast bar.
  • Prepare and serve designated breakfast items according to departmental quality and food-safety standards.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout all assigned areas.
  • Follow all hotel safety, security, food-handling, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
  • Assist with inventories as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • Weekend and early-morning availability are required.
  • No previous hotel or food-service experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
