Description du poste

Au sein du Shared Service Center, vous avez la responsabilite de superviser et coordonner les activites de l'equipe. Vous jouerez un role crucial dans le maintien de l'efficacite operationnelle et dans l'amelioration continue des processus.

  • Supervision de l'activite de facturation et recouvrement pour le compte de notre client Coface France : garantir la conformite, la ponctualite et la qualite des factures emises.
  • Planification des actions de montee en competence.
  • Analyse des indicateurs financiers cles : suivi des encaissements, des retards de paiement, des litiges et des creances douteuses.
  • Assistance terrain lors du traitement des taches avec difficulte.
  • Remontees d'infos et anomalies en interne et a l'EIC et aux clients.
  • Traitement des demandes administratives des collaborateurs.
  • Prendre en charge le pilotage qualitatif de l'activite.
  • Assurer la tenue des objectifs qualitatifs en mettant en uvre des actions preventives et correctives de maniere ciblee.
  • Manager, animer et former l'equipe ainsi que les nouvelles recrues.
  • Fixer et controler les objectifs individuels et collectifs.
  • Gerer administrativement son equipe (planning, absenteisme, conge...).
  • Participer aux actions permettant l'amelioration des indicateurs sociaux (attrition, absenteisme...).
  • Participer activement a la preparation des comites clients. 
  • Suivre et determiner les besoins en formation initiale et continue.
Qualifications
  • Diplome universitaire en assurance, finance, economie ou un domaine connexe.
  • Experience manageriale en gestion d'equipe.
  • Experience prealable dans l'assurance-credit, l'assurance des entreprises ou un poste similaire est un atout.
  • Bonnes competences analytiques et de negociation.
  • Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale (francais).
  • Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe.
  • Competences relationnelles, professionnalisme et sens de la collaboration
  • Souci du detail et orientation vers les resultats.
