Your Team's Impact

The Senior Implementation Specialist is a subject matter expert in FactSet's products, tasked with deploying FactSet's products by delivering on high-value projects and engagements. Senior Implementation Specialist's primary focus is on ensuring that FactSet's clients are properly set up to get the most value out of their FactSet subscriptions. They are responsible for ensuring data integration and quality, configuring modules within FactSet, building end-user reports and interfaces, training our clients, and supporting users during the implementation process.

All work done by Senior Implementation Specialists is project-based and may include implementations, solutions optimization, and other time and knowledge-intensive projects. Senior Implementation Specialists may be utilized on larger and more complex engagements and may serve as mentors for more junior members of the team.

What You'll Do

  • Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager

  • Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.

  • Providing product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs

  • Create user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite

  • Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities

  • Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry

  • Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunities during the implementation process

  • Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement

  • Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet's products

  • Provide user training and support the development of training programs

  • Facilitate the transition from the implementation phase to support

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet's Analytics tools

  • Strong technical background

  • Proven technical proficiency particularly in writing complex screening codes

  • Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products

  • CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred

  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture

  • Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership

  • Willingness to travel

Salary is just one component of our compensation package and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications.

The budgeted range for this position in New York City, Connecticut, and California is $104,000-$130,000.

The budgeted range for this position in Toronto is $104,000- $130,000 CAD
